How do I get stains out of silk?

My sheets are made of silk alright. I got sick and had one of the things in the Pepto Bismol commercial and made me rush to the bathroom. How do I get rid of the stain. Vinegar? Baking Soda? Water?
It is a shit stain just to be straigt to the point. Is there some thing I can use in my house to get rid of it with out washing it or running out to get something?

Check your care label for the water temperature.
Go buy Tide Bleach Alternative, wash according to care label but add the Tide Bleach Alternative for the detergent. It will come out clean.
