I sleep with a fan blasting — my dad got me addicted to it, no one in our family can sleep without a fan on.

Also I have the AC on too, but without blankets Im uncomfortably cold and with them I just get burning hot even with the fan blowing on me, it makes my face cold but my body stays hot.

I would think that cotton and flannel would store heat better and therefore create like an oven effect
